Le quartier, le métro pas très loin, 8 minutes à pieds, les commerces à proximité jusqu'à 22h voir 22h30,, l'appartement très propres fonctionnel un lit confortable, c'était top. On reviendra, le seul bémol 3 étage sans ascenseur, mais ça était même les enfants ils ses sont habitués aux étages.
Je dirais les 3 étages sans ascenseur. Ça grimpé

Clean and comfortable
No hot water for the whole time we were there.

The location was very good, with plenty of stores and restaurants around. Easy to get to the tourist attractions. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom as well, comfortable bed and sofa.
To our dismay, we discovered that the apartment hadn't been cleaned before our arrival although somebody obviously had left it the same day (see photos). It was rather difficult to get in touch with the management, but finally we were able to reach them and they explained that the cleaning company forgot to clean the apartment and asked us to go for a walk in the city for a few hours and then come back. I would expect responsible management to check if the cleaning services have fulfilled their obligation or not.
The garbage bins are inside the compound, so it's quite smelly when you first enter the building, and the whole building stairway has a mouldy kind of smell (but the apartment had no foul smells). The street can be quite noisy at night, so we had to sleep with the windows closed. No aircon, but there were ventilators in both rooms.
