The staff at this hotel went absolutely above and beyond to help me during a stressful and unexpected travel situation. When I couldn't return to the hotel to check out in person, they kindly packed my left-behind belongings and securely stored my luggage for me. Their outstanding customer service and genuine kindness made all the difference, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Het is geen hotel en zeker geen waardering van 9,4 waard. Het is een woonkazerne waar voormalige mini-apartmentjes zijn 'omgebouwd' tot hotelkamers. Een aantal van die kamers wordt ook nog bewoond door 'studenten'. Er staat veel rommel zoals schoenen en dergelijke in de gang en op de etages hangt was te drogen. Er is geen hotelreceptie, maar een conciërge die geen engels spreekt. Communiceren is lastig. De concierge deed overigens haar best om ons te helpen en was wel aardig. De entreehal is ook een pakketafhaalpunt en ligt vol met pakketen en koeriers. Het ligt in de wijk Futian op z'on vijf minuten met de taxi naar Civic Centre.
Eigenlijk alles, en zeker de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. In de badkamer zat schimmel in de douche. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken.
