La procedura di check-in è stata un po' lenta perché non si svolge sulla piattaforma di Booking ma a mezzo mail con la struttura stessa: non basta avere la prenotazione di Booking per entrare ma bisogna presentare un codice ricevuto via mail. Dopo aver ricevuto 3 o 4 comunicazioni, ammetto di non aver letto con attenzione la quinta e di essermi "persa" l'obbligo di presentare il codice.

Location and it was well appointed.
Bond refund of £200 is very slow with no communication. Reception staff were very helpful but explained they only have responsibility for the building not the booking process.

Great location. Incredible views over London. Well appointed apartment. Communal areas were excellent.
We were asked to pay a refundable deposit in advance, which is unusual on booking.com. We weren't keen to pay this and it wasn't collected in the end. We would have accepted a hold on the account, but to take it in full and not receive it back for 5-7 working days, wasn't helpful. We appreciate that some people would abuse the booking and potentially damage the apartment but at my age, this is unlikely plus I have excellent ratings on Booking.com.

We liked the views, the style, the kitchen, basically everything.
Maybe one thing that could be improved is the bed. The mattress was a bit too small and a bit too soft for our taste. We stayed in other suites at the same property and the bedding there was definitely better quality.
