Not really luxury but bright and airy in mostly quiet street. 8 miles from downtown but no4 bus at the corner took you straight into the city. Good supermarket across the road (though not easy to spot at first when you need to go out looking for milk). Netflix (only the app but you can log in with your own account)
Lounge and armchair op-shop knock-offs not comfortable. No toaster (might be because of the smoke alarm). No milk (or anything else). The locks are a bit tricky to negotiate first time

This apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer were a real plus. The host was an absolute diamond and was dedicated to his desire for us to have everything we needed. For the price we paid, it was absolutely spot on.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
