This was a clean comfortable studio condo close to everything in Cedar Key. The staff was helpful and friendly and every unit has a balcony that faces the City Park Beach and the Gulf. Everything in town is a short walk down the street, Dock Street is short walk straight towards the gulf and one of the golf cart rental companies is located right across the street too, in case you want to rent one and venture further around the keys. (Just reserve ahead of time!) This was a great value and we'll be back, for sure!

Except for bathroom garbage not being empty the room was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view was great
Soda vending machine wasn’t working but was told they’re waiting on a part. There was a HUGE issue with owner above the unit we were in. Both days we were there he was working on his floors. Started at 7am on a Saturday morning. So unacceptable and just plain rude. We came for a quiet relaxing night and that ended up not being the case
