“We had a nice stay at Perdika Residences with our two daughters. The apartment was spotless, modern and well maintained. The lady looking after the property was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of.

To διαμέρισμα στο οποίο μείναμε ήταν ευρύχωρο,ιδιαίτερα καθαρό,φωτεινό,καινούριο και άνετο.Τπ στρώμα του κρεβατιού άνετο και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι όμορφη.Ο χώρος του Parking άνετος και στα συν ότι η πρόσβαση στην παραλία της Πέρδικάς γίνεται σε μόλις 2-3 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
Θα εξυπηρετούσε ένα υπόστρωμα στον καναπέ που βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι σε περιπτώσεις όπως στη δική μας που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι.Θα ήταν πιο βολικός ο ύπνος για όποιον κοιμόταν εκεί,Επίσης μια καλή ιδέα θα ήταν ένα στήριγμα στο χώρο της ντουζιέρας για τα αφρόλουτρα/σαμπουάν.Αυτά ωστόσο είναι προτάσεις και σίγουρα όχι παράπονα καθώς είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή!

Excellent room , very spacious including bathroom amenities. Housekeeper (Matina) was extremely helpful to provide us everything we needed, including additional pillow and immediately catering for a small problem we faced with the shower drain
I would prefer if there was daily cleaning of the apartment, but I know this was not included anyway.

2 łazienki, wygodne podwójne łóżko
Brak adresu (taksówkarz nie uzyskał informacji z recepcji gdzie ma dojechać), kod do skrzynki na klucze nie działał, przez co straciłem ponad 1,5 h czekając, aż się ktoś pojawi i otworzy pokój, niewygodna sofa, brak wyposażenia ze zdjęcia, ruszające się deski wc, nie przykręcony ruszający się kran w łazience, brak wentylatora przy WC i wystające kable (!), brak standardowego wyposażenia kuchni, BRAK częściowego widoku na morze !!! (okna wychodzą na łąkę), pomimo dostępności pokoi - brak przygotowania lokalu, pomimo informacji i prośby o wcześniejszy check-in, przez co straciłem czas zamiast płynąć na wsypę i plażę
