Location is perfect. The hotel is beach front and is 5 minutes walk away from the port. It is also quite central to other restaurants and activities in the island. Staff were all warm and friendly. The included breakfast has great selection of cooked food, pastries, fruits, and salad. The room is clean, has a good size, and has a spacious balcony where you can view the church and the beach.
These are not big issues for me. TV may need upgrade to a smart TV in the future so you can use it other than watching local channels. It may also help to install an insect screen on the toilet window so it can be kept open without inviting mosquitoes in.

Amazing location and wonderful staff. They have a restaurant that was for us to best restaurant in the island. Beach is 10 m from the hotel with a private beach and the sea was incredible
We got a room with the double bed in the upper part of the room with pretty scary stairs…

Amazing location if you’re looking to stay at the Skala area. Close to the port and nice view.
Beds were comfortable also pillows and staff was kind.
Overall low value for the price we paid -
We stayed at the Maisonette room- not comfortable with kids.
They’re supposed to sleep downstairs when adults sleep upstairs.
The stairs were steep and dangerous.
No shower curtains so the entire bathroom floor gets wet every time - Water splash everywhere even if you try to keep calm.
Isolation is so bad, you hear everything so loud from outside and other rooms.
They never refill soaps or coffee.
