The staff were very polite, warm, and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The view is beautiful, and the breakfast was very good too. Although it is a new hotel, it already has a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Marsalforn, just a few metres away from restaurants and the seafront. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.
There were not many things we disliked about our stay, apart from two minor issues that could easily have been accidental or temporary. During the night, there was a drainage-like smell in the room, which seemed to be coming from the air conditioning. When I turned the AC off, the smell disappeared.
We also noticed that the bottom of the pool could have been a little cleaner, as there appeared to be some dust or small clumps of debris. Additionally, the description stated that the pool was heated, but it did not seem to be heated during our stay.

Malonios recepcijos administratorės leido pusvalandžiu anksčiau įsiregistruoti į kambarį. Visur švaru ir skaniai kvepia. Pats kambarys kompaktiškas - bet to pilnai užtenka, viską kompensuoja milžiniška lova. Vonios kambarys taip pat patogus - tik vienintelis dalykas, ko trūksta, yra tualeto valymo šepetys. 9 aukšte yra gultai ir negilus baseinas su vaizdu į jūrą. Mėlynus rankšluosčius baseinui galima rasti ant gultų ir naudoti. Pusryčiai - švediškas stalas. Pro numerio balkoną taip pat yra dalinis vaizdas į jūrą. Gavome rekomendacijų, kur pavalgyti. Išbandėme ir galime rekomenduoti pasiūlytą restoraną Gambero - maloniausias personalas, greitas aptarnavimas, nemokamai vaišina brusketomis, pats maistas labai skanus, o porcijos didelės.

Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück sehr lecker und frisch
Der Pool war dreckig und die Handtücher beim Pool haben für die Gäste nicht gereicht. Das Zimmer war nicht gut ausgestattet (kein Föhn, keine Klobürste, keine Steckdosen für Europa), die Klimaanlage hat direkt auf das Bett geblasen und war sehr unangenehm
