We loved this location. We were easily able to walk to Pike's, the waterfront, the space needle, Olympic sculpture, and restaurants. The room was comfortable.
There's some street noise from the neighborhood, but it's not too bad with the unit being up a few floors. Earplugs were provided in the nightstand if someone is sensitive. Our baby actually slept fine.

Fab location and amentities - very friendly and helpful greeter and hosts
A great stay overall - I have allergies and it seems like this stay hosted animals or there are allergens present as I was sneezy in the building - did not affect my stay - made up for by everything else

Very good location. Property is clean and spacious.
There are too many rules when staying at the property. Parking in the property is not the easiest. They advertise that late check-out is around $50-$60 per hour, but when I availed it (for 3 additional hours), they said that they will charge me for a full stay, so I end up not pushing through since it will be cheaper to just get a new hotel. You cannot leave your luggage in the reception, instead, they will point you to a paid locker facility.
