The location was amazing and the room was so good as well.
Getting into the building was hard. The instructions told us to use one code to get into the lobby and the other to get into the room. Neither worked. I then went into my email downloaded the Door app, and got into the lobby and the elevator that way. But then I couldn't get into the room, until my friend downloaded the app and signed in using my information.

Access was a breeze. The space was modern, clean, and tidy. And the location, was very convenient to plenty of attractions in the neighborhood.
The door didn't quite seal all the way when deadbolted, and much of the hallway was then audible. Thankfully there was not too much going on on the floor, so not the end of the world, but still could be fixed to feel more secure and private. Also there was no remote for the television.

The apartment was just like the pictures - amazing! The location was great - fun area to be in and just a short drive to downtown Charlotte.
The parking spaces for guests should be more clearly designated so that it’s clear that they are for short-term visitors.

The apartment was excellent
The check in was shocking. Far too messy and complicated. I phoned the number given and they couldn't help as they no longer manage the property. I just found the whole system poor .
