The place was very clean and well furnished. It had all the appliances and items one could need. The apartment is more spacious than most places you'd consider staying at, also very comfortable and relatively quiet.
Checking in wasn't the smoothest experience because you need someone to let you into the building, and we also called once during check in but no one answered. There is a security deposit. There is only street parking so that will depend on your luck and skill.

Location was great and convenient to a very cool arts district and to downtown. The room was fine and comfortable.
No staff on site it seemed. Also, getting into the building was confusing and required someone to text us through what to do. There was no wifi available and regular cell service was terrible, so it made things like using the pay to park app very difficult (oh yeah, parking is extra).
