This property was an excellent choice for my family. We were in town to celebrate the NOLA Saints! Location for the super dome was excellent and all the extra attractions in the city were in walking distance for us.
Staff was very professional and friendly! We will definitely return to this property for our next getaway to NOLA.

Perfect area, spacious rooms , clean, lots of amenities!
The shower didn’t have a soap holder so I had to put my soap on the floor which I didn’t like. The shower also didn’t close it looked as if a sliding suit was supposed to be there but it was just one glass side so it got cold in the shower. Also I would’ve liked more mirrors in the room. One mirror was kind of crazy to work with when staying with other girls lol

Ideal location for vacation. Walking distance to French quarter.
The front desk staff are unprofessional and rude. Cleaning could be improved, there were stains in our “clean” towels. Valet service is very poor and needs better structure. Not to mention on Saturday night my vehicle would not be returned to me when requested and the next morning my steering wheel cover had been removed, things in my car were completely re arranged and adjustments had been made to all my mirrors which is unusual and unnecessary with valet services, especially when they (are supposed to only) drive your car 20 feet away into a car garage connected to the building. I tried reporting this to the building but of course, the front desk did not care and when asked to be given a phone number to valet management- that number did not pick up. Waste of over $100 parking fee they charge when you have to deal with this. Just pay cheaper garage parking next door. Horrible experience all around, just a convenient area.
