The property was great for us. Two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa were what we needed. Everything was clean with plenty of household supplies for our week long stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to services including a great restaurant, The Exquisite Skillet.
The building is looking a little rundown on the outside and could use some love.

Overall, we were comfortable. We had all the essentials for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing on the couch, TV in the bedroom and clean sheets and towels. Well-organized. Quiet neighborhood.
I didn’t like the way the issue of the stains on the towels was handled. We didn’t cause them, but at first I received messages from the person in charge practically accusing me without any proof, thought it was eventually resolved. In future cases, I suggest adopting a more friendly tone in these interactions and conduct a check in and check out inspection with the guests to avoid situations like this.
