Great location 👍 unreliable host. Future guests should be aware.

We liked the central location in the Old Town and the general cleanliness of the apartment. The building and surroundings are nice and the apartment has potential.

For the price of almost €300 per night, the apartment did not match the advertised “luxury” description. Several items were broken (balcony furniture, cabinet handles, toilet paper holder), and the overall condition felt below the level expected for this price. We were also fully dependent on the host for practical things like parking access and a second key, which made the stay less comfortable. I agreed to a compensation of €80 per night because the description and actual apartment did not match, but the host later denied his own written confirmation and claimed his earlier messages were AI‑generated. This made the communication unreliable, and in the end I had to rely on Booking and my credit card company to resolve the agreed compensation.

Awesome location, cozy apartment, nice balcony, and a perfect two or three person apartment in the middle of the histori

Location was great, and the apartment, although somewhat old, was very cozy. Balcony was a very big plus as well, and a very decent kitchen.

Not that much - perhaps the squeaky floor board when entering / leaving the balcony, which requires you to be a bit careful.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr bequeme Betten, gute Bettwäsche. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Sehr schön war es auch, dass wir im Innenhof parken konnten.

Die Wohnung war nicht liebevoll gepflegt, sie wurde seit längerem nicht überholt. Außerdem gab es keinen Föhn, keine Geschirrtücher und keinen Keffee (zumindest für den ersten Abend).
