About this cabin rental
The Schoolhouse is a perfect getaway in a quiet country setting. This rustic, charming, fully restored schoolhouse is a lovely place where you can enjoy solitude. Open floor plan with large living room complete with a rocking chair, kitchen and dining area provides space for laughter and togetherness. A bathroom with an old timey bathtub allows for a nice long soak. Two covered porches provide wonderful sitting areas to watch the sunrises and sunsets or to gaze out over the rolling hill and ponds. A herd of deer can usually be seen atop the hill and the gobble of an occasional turkey can be heard. Comfy double bed with luxury linens and air mattress for extra guests is provided. Large yard with a swing, picnic table, fire pit and charcoal barbecue pit makes time outside enjoyable. Private parking space. Close to local sites - Arbuckle Springs Wildlife Management hunting; Ole Silo Winery; Amish Greenhouse/Market; Blake Shelton’s Ole Red ; The Blue River; Reba’s Place; Chickasaw National Recreational Area and an hour away from Choctaw Casino and Lake Texoma.

Beautiful ranch setting, overlooking small lake with horses in the pasture , deer and other wildlife passing by. Host Dolly was very friendly and available nearby along with her happy greeters (i.e. dogs). Out in the boonies very quiet and peaceful, Highly recommended !!!

Loved the layout of the cabin. Host was so kind. My only complaint is about the water. It smelled so strong of rotten eggs and onions.
