Please note, landscaping and pool cleaning services occur on Wednesdays.

We stock the property with a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap to get you settled in comfortably. For longer stays or larger groups, you may want to grab a few extra supplies during your visit — we recommend Winn-Dixie, just a short drive away.

You're in Florida, so you may spot a few little gecko friends hanging around outside — on the walls, the patio, or the ground. They're completely harmless and actually help keep other bugs away! To keep them (and other critters) outside where they belong, we just ask that you avoid leaving doors and windows open longer than needed. We're also on a comprehensive pest control program, but as with any home in Florida, an occasional bug may find its way in through an open door or window.

Our pool is heated for your comfort, but please note that on unseasonably cold days, the heater may not be able to fully offset the outdoor temperature — so the water may be cooler than expected. We can't guarantee an exact pool temperature, but we do everything we can to keep it comfortable!

The fridge's built-in ice maker and water dispenser aren't connected, so we're unable to offer those during your stay — but we're happy to leave a starter supply of ice for you! Just let us know ahead of time if you'd like some sent to you upon your arrival.

The maximum number of guests for the listing is 8 total people, which includes all persons of all ages in order to comply with local laws and restrictions.

We keep our pool sparkling for every guest — please skip glitter, confetti, and loose small items in the house, pool, or outdoor area. A cleaning fee applies if any of these turn up during our post-stay inspection.

Please note, we can accommodate early check-ins if the property is ready in time, but we cannot guarantee an early check-in. Checkout is 10:00 AM so our cleaning crew can prepare the home for the next guests. Need a little more time? Message us — if we can accommodate a late check-out, we will, but we cannot guarantee it.
