* The leeward and windward Tokyo bus stations are right in town (ask around for directions when travelling by van, the very budget-friendly local transit system),

* Cheap $20 EC taxi from town to the apartment so you don’t have to break a sweat going up the hill especially if you’re carrying home goodies
* The location is the convenience! So close to town yet right outside of it so it’s quiet and peaceful! You’ll feel lucky to be here
* The apartment stays cool even without the AC on but AC is available when you really want to chill out
* Strong reliable wi-fi for looking up tours, booking tickets, working on your laptop or relaxing while streaming some shows in bed

* Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the busy town of Kingstown while you’re there, then escape to your hideout for some peace and quiet
* Watch your step outside the front door. Some uneven surfaces and the stairs can be slippery when wet

* Toilet may sometimes give you trouble. Always make sure to turn the flush handle clockwise until you feel resistance
