The property sits just off the Bluegrass Parkway and just minutes from Keeneland Racetrack, Lexington Airport, University of Kentucky, historic Midway, and downtown Versailles. Plus, just a few short miles in any direction, you can find as many bourbon distilleries as your heart desires.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as-advertised & more. The house was a perfect for my husband and me as we explored the area. I loved waking up every day and taking my morning walk around the property. Enjoyed seeing (and petting) the horses and donkeys. The kitchen was well-stocked and met our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and linens soft and cozy. Justin was the perfect host, quickly responding to questions. Thank you!
