The property was very spacious.
The pool maintenance should be kept up. My niece got a thin wire stick in her foot. I was able to remove it safely and she was fine. I made her wear water shoes to avoid any further issues.

The place was great for a family get together. Adequate space for everyone. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Seemed like a fairly newly built place.
We enjoyed are stay but did have an issue with a few things. The Hot Tub button to operate had been broken and not repaired before we arrived, but we were able to make it work. The fridge had a loose handle. There was not enough wash clothes for the amount of bathrooms. Bought cheap ones at Wal-mart and left them for the next guest. Frying pan in kitchen and pans were of very low quality (the frying pan was the worst). Bought a frying pan to use and took it home with us. I would recommend putting pool toys in the garage for guest. The bar stools and chairs had been steam cleaned before we got there and were very wet to set on. We had to call the first night because the air conditioning was not working and we were able to get a quick response and they had to add freon to the upstairs unit. Recommend putting kleenex boxes in the bathrooms. Stair rail going upstairs was a little loose, and should be strengthened. There was only one hair dryer for four and a half bathrooms. There should have been a hair dryer in every bathroom. There was only a few extra pillows, but no pillow cases. There should have been a blanket in the closets of every bedroom for those that needed an extra one. The covers for the beds are very thin. Even though we had these issues we had a nice time and the place layout was great for our 3 families. Thank you - Cheryl Burnam
