great communication and check in process. Great location. SUPER comfortable bed. Great team and service
Room was a bit small. No window in the room. Not a traditional hotel as listed when I looked. More like a BnB stay with others in the unit. So, no official front office with check in. Not bad, just wasn't expecting it.

I selected the property for the location. An easy walk to broadway, for the theater, times square, Hudson Yards. Walkable area. Close to eateries.
The room was clean and equipped with linens. Large closet, high ceilings. Ac wall unit as well as a fan kept the room perfectly cool during the heatwave. If you’re a Tv person, room has a very large screen tv. Refrigerator available for use.
They say NYC is the city that never sleeps. Hell’s Kitchen is active 24hr a day. Sirens, horns, music from vehicles can be heard from the room in the front of the property facing the street. Room provides earplugs. I suggest a noise machine or headphones if you want to block out the noise.

Estuve 3 días pero nunca sacaron la basura del dormitorio.
