The house is beautiful, with comfy beds and nice decor. The views are amazing - we even saw the aurora one night. The shower was excellent, and the washing machine and drying rack were very handy. It was a peaceful place to stay.
The deck appears to be under construction, with piles of lumber.
The many windows are gorgeous but also cause a greenhouse effect that heats the house to high temperatures (over 100F in August when windows were closed). It would be nice to have some deck furniture so you can cool off outside.

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und super gelegen um in alle Richtungen Ausflüge zu machen
Es gibt zu wenig Küchenausstattung für vier Gäste, nur jeweils vier Messer, Gabeln, Tassen etc. Ausserdem liegen auf der Terasse alte Bretter rum und vor allem gibt es keine Gartenmöbel, was schade ist, da die Aussicht wirklich traumhaft ist. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungen noch und dann ist das wirklich perfekt.

Communication .. when at the property gate it was difficult to get the code .. a neighbour finally drove in the give it. It should be given with the check in information at the same time as the door key code.
We could not lock the front door.
Safety issue!! When stepping on to the deck and the main bedroom window is open. It is a serious hazard because of the sharp edges. I finally moved lumber underneath so that we would walk around it, but it needs a pot or a piece of furniture there to stop people from banging their head.

Location good for golden circle.
Unfortunately the property has not been cleaned in preparation for our agreed arrival at 5-6pm, dirty bedding , bathroom and kitchen, once reported it was rectified within the hour but really disappointed on arrival.
In addition when approaching the property it is still being developed so diggers and heavy machinery obstructs your views and reflects in the windows.
The outside decking area is not finished with, no outside seating.
The BBQ had not been cleaned.
The boiler leaks with a bowl positioned underneath to catch the drips.
Stains on the pillows need replacing, then requires pillow case protectors.
Overall really disappointed, was expensive in comparison to other properties and is not value for for money currently.
