Location is good with Tram directly in front and bus and metro just a few minutes walk away.
Also a Kiosk and a bakery is directly in neighborhood.
We have only been 2 People - for 4 People it would be kinda small - especially for sitting together, only 2 high chairs and 2 normal chairs, no "table" just the kitchen counter. We have not used the kitchen to much, so we can not evaluate if there is enough kitchen appliances. There is a washing maschine and a dishwasher.
The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival — we found crumbs and hairs on the floor and in drawers, Bathroom has stains and dust also.
We also had to make the beds ourselves, which was unusual and not so convenient after a long travel day. And the mattress from the bed was very very thin.
Important point is that the apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator, this information should be clearly stated in the property description.

Funktionellt och prisvärt boende med toppenläge i trendiga Kallio. Lugnt, mörkt och bra sängar. Spårvagnshållplats och trevlig park precis utanför huset.
Städningen kan förbättras. Trycket i duschen var inte bra. 5 trappor upp utan hiss fungerar inte för alla.

The property is located not far from the city's main attractions and not far from the port, which can also be reached on foot.
I would have liked more cleanliness and some accessories in the kitchen drawers (e.g.
pans, pots, colanders, etc.)

Расположение, красивый финский дом.
Случилась некрасивая ситуация с получением ключей от квартиры. Ключи нужно было получать по другому адресу, дали два телефонных номера, чтобы позвонить при получении. В итоге, первый номер был неверный и звонок не проходил, на второй номер никто не отвечал минут 15, а на улице -15 и ветер, на секундочку. Я уже не говорю, что мы были с ребенком, который устал и откровенно замерзал, пока мы ждали хоть какой-то реакции. В конце концов пришлось искать другой телефон в букинге и тогда еле-еле дозвонились до человека, который должен был передать ключи. Этот человек, как оказалось, СПАЛ. Вышел, дал ключи и даже не извинился.
