Check-in procedure was prompt -- we waited in the hotel lobby for staff to pass us our hotel key cards and we did not have to wait for very long. The rooms were relatively comfortable and clean. Nu Empire shopping mall was conveniently very close to buy food. Room was spacious and comfortable enough for 2 people. Amenities in the room include kettle, ironing board and iron, closet, and complimentary two bottles of drinking water.
Room aircond was malfunctioning so they placed a cooling fan in the room to make up for it. Bathroom door does not include a lock. Rooms need to be accessed using a code lock instead of key card, so you need to memorize the code to enter the room or always have it on hand. One of the hotel lifts was under maintenance during our stay.

nice place. good arrangement, great conversation with the team
1. wifi cannot connect with tv. i thought they had a limit of connection (only allowed one device), but it's not. i suggest tv should be set auto connect with wifi.
2. The room smells with cigarettes. not clean for the environment (smell). It should improve because it makes u feel uncomfortable. unless you are allowed to smoke in the room.
3. at least should be provided with soap/shower gel.

The toilet was big, comfortable bed.
First room no aircond, then they late to return my deposit. Need to pay parking.

No WiFi working; had to change room for hot water; bed uncomfortable; tv jacked-up and had to be replaced.
