Es war sauber, auch wenn es mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. Als wir angaben das die Tür zu unserer Toilette nicht geht, haben wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen!
Hervorzuheben ist das Fitness Areal - wir hatten es immer für uns alleine und die Geräte da drinnen waren top! Das Gym war größer und hatte bessere Maschinen als in so manchen 4-5 Sterne Hotels!!!
Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber die Lage ist auch einfach zu perfekt um einfach raus zu gehen!
Der Pool war auch sehr schön, auf die Frage mit den trüben Wasser (so war unser Eindruck) gab man an, dass jmd extra nochmal kommt und alles prüft.

Leider ist das Hotel einfach in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool oben ist schön aber das Areal einfach etwas altbacken… die Tage wo man das Zimmer reinigen sollte kam leider niemand - entsprechend haben wir dann die Klingel zum sauber machen gedrückt (wenn dann jmd kam).
Die Bar “Grotto” war leider nie auf - zumindest haben wir es beim 3 mal aufgegeben und das die Bar geschlossen ist stand leider auch nicht an der Bar noch sonst wo im Hotel.
Auf die Anfrage bei booking wurde diese Frage auch nicht beantwortet.

Absolutely loved the lobby interior and the exterior of the hotel, it definitely stood out from the rest of the hotels. But this place is only great if you get a sea view room. It's a decent sized room and bathroom for 2 people and suitcases. Hotel is also 2 min walk to the Blueline park train and 5 min walk to Songjeong beach. Great walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
We got weird vibes from this place, there was almost no staff at all and it was pretty much a "DIY" hotel.
- You had to choose your preferred cleaning days and times (I found this odd)
- If you used the gym you had to turn the lights on/off yourself, bring your own towel and water (nothing is supplied in the gym) AND you had to ask to turn on the AC there! Not to mention all the equipment there was covered in sweat and dirt.
- The restaurant/bar level was always closed and pitched black.
- Shower was full of mold & towels smelt unpleasant.
- This hotel should consider getting a water filter as supplying and constantly buying water bottles really goes against their 'environmental beliefs'.
- Don't bother booking if you don't get a sea view! The balcony and views definitely made up for the above.

Upgradés en chambre double 2 lits a notre arrivée mais dès le lendemain retour dans notre chambre initiale keen size prétextant un souci de sécurité avec notre fenêtre qui a été réparée puisque la chambre a été attribuée à qqn d'autre...bizarre

A lovely hotel with friendly, accommodating staff! I was very lucky to get an upgrade for my room and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from a higher floor. The rooms are spacious, location is right by the sea and the design is so fun and creative! Do note that this location is a bit away from commonly visited areas like Haeundae and Gwangan. But buses are very easy to navigate and taxi is available if needed. Right next to the hotel is a great walking / running path that’s connected to several sightseeing trains! A great find!
