Good location, clean, but... Hard check-in, bad bed, bad shower, no facilities e.g. water/coffee/tea

Location was pretty nice, and generally room is clean and fine. Air conditioning works, and in spite of the location it was quiet.

1. The worst thing is that you need to go by walk ~500m to the reception to another building, stay in the queue for ~15min to just collect the keys. I didn't have any bags so it wasn't a big problem for me but still. 2. The bed creaked. 3. In the shower there was really weak water pressure and no shower gel or soap at all. Not critical but comfortable as well. 4. No any kind of water bottles, coffee, tea or anything like that. Empty room, you need to go and buy it yourself.

Great location, needs new bed

The location is great! Just straight down the street from the main train station (Wrocław Główny), across the street from Galeria Dominikańska, and just a few minutes walk to meant other sites, including a very short walk to Market Square. The room is very spacious, comes with hot plate stove, dishwasher, and fridge. And two large windows let in lots of natural light and some fresh air.

The bed was very uncomfortable - as soon as I sat on it I could hear and feel all the springs moving around; there was little to no padding between the springs and the top of the mattress. Sleeping required arranging your body around the springs that stuck up further than others, I woke up frequently to rearrange and get comfortable. It's the worst bed I've slept in, in my memory. The air conditioner didn't work, it made noise and blew air, but didn't cool the room - fortunately it wasn't warm the days I was there, so it was ok. The towels and pillows had a smell to them like a locker room, very unpleasant to use and sleep on. I hate to complain given the low price - and if it weren't for the terrible bed, I might not leave any comments, but that's my honest feedback.

Está ubicado en una zona estupenda, muy céntrica y a pocos pasos de muchísimos comercios. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien equipado, aparte de que había un conserje vigilando 24 horas al dia.

Lo único que no me ha gustado ( por poner algo ) ha sido que no tenia persiana , por lo tanto cuando amanecía me despertaba , pero no ha sido un inconveniente ni le hemos dado mucha importancia

Dużym plusem była lokalizacja oraz możliwość włączenia klimatyzacji w apartamencie.

1.Przede wszystkim łóżko. Dostaliśmy połamane łóżko na którym nie dało się spać. Drewniane szczebelki spadały ze stelażu co chwilę. 2.Brak deski do prasowana 3. Miło gdy jest czajnik to również z dwie saszetki herbaty by się przydały. 4. Śmierdząca kordła/
