Clean and moderately comfortable and the location fabulous value for money.

The location was fantastic 😊. That's a very good plus point. Brilliant connectivity. Next to Galleria Dominikaska, Bang next to city centre tourism hotspot. Right on top of Zabka and Biedronka.

Wi Fi was unreliable and inconsistent. Very frustrating indeed. There should have been a microwave oven. There should have been a laundry room with Washing machine and dryer. The accommodation alleway on the fifth floor had a perpetual foul smell from toilet exhaust. It is very very unpleasant. The building had two elevator out of which only one was working and second one was not repaired the entire stay for seven days.

Good location, clean, but... Hard check-in, bad bed, bad shower, no facilities e.g. water/coffee/tea

Location was pretty nice, and generally room is clean and fine. Air conditioning works, and in spite of the location it was quiet.

1. The worst thing is that you need to go by walk ~500m to the reception to another building, stay in the queue for ~15min to just collect the keys. I didn't have any bags so it wasn't a big problem for me but still. 2. The bed creaked. 3. In the shower there was really weak water pressure and no shower gel or soap at all. Not critical but comfortable as well. 4. No any kind of water bottles, coffee, tea or anything like that. Empty room, you need to go and buy it yourself.

It was great place to stay right across from a big shopping center and public transportation!

Staff was very accommodating and the property was secure and well-located!😀

Great location, needs new bed

The location is great! Just straight down the street from the main train station (Wrocław Główny), across the street from Galeria Dominikańska, and just a few minutes walk to meant other sites, including a very short walk to Market Square. The room is very spacious, comes with hot plate stove, dishwasher, and fridge. And two large windows let in lots of natural light and some fresh air.

The bed was very uncomfortable - as soon as I sat on it I could hear and feel all the springs moving around; there was little to no padding between the springs and the top of the mattress. Sleeping required arranging your body around the springs that stuck up further than others, I woke up frequently to rearrange and get comfortable. It's the worst bed I've slept in, in my memory. The air conditioner didn't work, it made noise and blew air, but didn't cool the room - fortunately it wasn't warm the days I was there, so it was ok. The towels and pillows had a smell to them like a locker room, very unpleasant to use and sleep on. I hate to complain given the low price - and if it weren't for the terrible bed, I might not leave any comments, but that's my honest feedback.

Lokalizacja super - samo centrum, na dole w budynku Biedronka i Żabka. Jestem zadowolona z pobytu. Mieszkanko czyste i przestronne, zaopatrzone w podstawowe rzeczy.
