The location was great! It was quiet and out of the way but easy enough to get anywhere we wanted to go by walking 15 minutes. The Tram was an easy 2 blocks away as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels provided were nice. The neighborhood was safe and we found a very nice coffee and breakfast place not too far away. The access was very easy and we were comfortable.
For a AirBnB, there was NO breakfast available. Since it was very hot, we also wanted to access cold water and/or ice that was not available. The common areas were clean but limited to dining table and chairs. The shower was so teeny tiny my husband had a hard time using it. There was no shampoo or conditioner and no space to put anything in the bathroom that was purchased for showering. It might be more of European standards than US but it was a bit difficult. We DID have a mini fridge but larger water bottles didn't fit and we needed water a lot due to the extreme heat while we were there.

La posizione.
Il bagno praticamente inesistente. Siamo in Italia e vorrei il bidet e poi troppo piccolo. Non ci si muoveva.
