It’s located very close to many attractions near Shinjuku Station. It’s also very easy to access. The host was very attentive and provided a lot of information to us!
Provided amenities are a bit basic but we don’t have any complaints.

A bit of walk to the train station but this is the best location we had as you have Donki beside the apartment and a lot of konbini. Plus, this is centrally situation to a lot of must see places in Tokyo.
Staff - no issues with the staff and he/she was very accommodating. I could have rated the staff higher but I cant as i dont know if it’s a person or AI. 😂. It’s a no contact checkin and checkout which were great.
It can get noisy. However, as we chose a central location, we didnt really mind.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Tokyo. While it was a bit of a walk to some train stations, everything was still very walkable and convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with great amenities, had plenty of space, and felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
The nearest stations required a little more walking than expected, especially after a long day of sightseeing, but it was manageable and did not take away from our overall experience.

Couldn’t use cupboard or shoe cupboard

The kitchen is a mess with his cleaning products .. he should keep the drawers empty
