About this house rental
Welcome! I'm happy to host you in my newly renovated, fully furnished 2-bedroom basement suite located in one of Kingston’s quietest, high-end neighborhoods. Whether you're here for work, study, or a relaxing stay, you'll feel right at home with comfort, cleanliness, and convenience all thoughtfully provided. The Silverado Suite accommodates up to 5 guests. The 5th guest will be provided with a foldable rolling cot bed (72" x 30"), available upon request and subject to an additional guest fee. A crib and changing table are available upon request at no additional charge.

- The floor is newly waterproofed and moisture-protected, and a dehumidifier is also provided for added protection.

- High-speed unlimited 1GB ultra fibre Wi-Fi
- Large living & dining areas with a dining table & an office desk
- Queen and full-size memory foam beds with large closets
- Private laundry (Washer & Dryer in-unit)
- Separate keyless entrance for full privacy
- Free driveway parking (1 dedicated spot, extra upon request and availibity)
- Fire extinguisher available for extra safety
- Linens cleaned with a commercial-grade laundry system
- 2-min walk to Bus #2, 5-min to Bus #4
- Very close to Queen’s, St. Lawrence College, parks, Kingston Centre, and shopping centres
- Beautiful wooded area and walking paths right behind the property
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in the existing Queen and full size beds
- A foldable rolling cot bed (72" by 30") is available for a 5th guest upon request
- Additional guest fee applies for the 5th guest
- A crib and changing table are available upon request at no additional charge
Safety & Cleanliness:
- Professionally cleaned and disinfected between stays
- Monitored exterior with 4 audio security cameras:
• 2 at the front entrances
• 1 at the main floor separate entrance door
• 1 at basement hallway (shared entry only - no private areas recorded)
Please Note:
- No smoking (any kind), vaping, or cannabis use permitted anywhere inside the unit
- No pets allowed due to severe allergies
- No parties or loud gatherings (this is a peaceful and residential area).
- My wife and I living upstairs, and we’re here if you need anything; otherwise, you’ll enjoy total privacy. Looking forward to hosting you!
