We would like to share key operational observations regarding accessibility and guest amenities at the property.
Access and Navigation: The approach roads passing through Perumala village are notably narrow. The final access route lacks clear signage and features a steep downward gradient, which may pose challenges for guest arrivals and vehicle navigation.
Dining Services: The on-site restaurant is currently operating at limited capacity, and lunch service is unavailable.
Front Desk Operations: There is no dedicated reception desk to handle guest check-ins and inquiries.
Toiletries and tea / coffee availability: Toiletries except bath towel not provided. Though electric kettle is available, no tea/ coffee bags available.
