The location is good. It is near to the museum district, Atosha station and a metro. There are several places to eat nearby. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is a large buffet. I can be a bit crowded but there is plenty of food and the staff are great at noticing when supply gets low and they top up regularly. The room was comfortable. The shower is strong although the temperature changes occasionally. Towels and bed linen were good quality.
The air con appears to be scented and we turned it off to clear the room. We has a first floor room and street noise was an issue. In summer the air con issue and or street noise may be a problem if the room is hot and the window is open. We expected a balcony and free breakfast as reviews mentioned that often but we found it does not apply to every room so read the small print and check what you are booking!

Da educação e gentileza dos colaboradores.
Hotel caro demais para não ter um estacionamento. Café pobre e racionado.
