Very friendly host, very caring and attentive to details. Adriana really wanted me to feel comfortable. The one bed room was set up perfectly with lots of small, thoughtful additions (like tools in the kitchen, personal hygine products in the bathroom). Very good communication too.
Great location: within 5-10 minute walking time to most of the shops, restaurants, tour operators and main sights.
Nothing really. The road in front of the place could get a little noisy with some car cruisers but these usually stopped before midnight so didn't bother me too much. Not really something the host can do anything about, and likely affected other roads too.

The place is great: very clean, very cosy, great location and the host is very accommodating. The bathroom has all the washing things you may need. And the way that breakfast is provided is very convenient too, especially if you are taking early morning trips to Torres del Paine.
We visited during summer time, but we were able to use heating and it was quick to warm up

Tolle Gastgeberin, brandneues Appartement, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, super bequeme Betten. Küche voll ausgestattet allerdings fehlt ein Herd.
Man hört die Straße etwas, falls jemand empfindlich diesbezüglich ist Oropax mitbringen.
