There are two types of apartments - one intended for renting out, so owners save on the quality of everything inside. Or the apartment can be like one where the owner to live themselves, and so everything is done properly. This is definitely the second type. The owner also replied very quickly to all our questions in WHatsapp.
If Nice or France is playing footbal, it can get noisy due to a pub downstairs with loud football supporters.

Trés beau Duplex trés bien équipé. L'hôte est vraiment super. Les lits sont très confortables nous avons trés bien dormi.
C'était difficile d'un point de vue accessibilité. L'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et il n'y a pas de rampe dans l'escalier du Duplex.
