Only booked one night, would definitely come back for more next time. Beautiful location and a real getaway feel next to the lake and in a amazing garden
The info about how close the local amenities was not accurate, the near by pub is 18 mins walk but was advertised it was 5 mins, don’t mind the walk, but better to know how far things really are

The setting was beautiful.
The property was nice in itself, but we experienced some problems.
We paid £70, for the hot tub to be ready for our 4pm check in time, it wasn’t ready.
The dome was 44 degrees inside, they could have maybe closed the curtains to keep the heat out until check in.
We didn’t get to use the hot tub until 9pm, we’re also accused of not having booked it, although I’d sent proof of payment. , which had been replied to, saying it would be ready.
We had to sit outside for ages, until it was cool enough in the Dome.
And only used the hot tub for an hour and a half, as it was so late.
We’d been on a six mile walk and were looking forward to the hot tub being ready at the 4pm check in time.
Spoilt, what could have been an amazing stay.
No real apology or offer of partial refund.
I won’t be recommending it to family or friends.
