The apartment is very nicely decorated and mostly has everything you need for your stay including cooking. I really liked the small gesture of leaving us cold water in fridge for our arrival and fresh basil in a cup. The place is very well located ( however Beaune is a very small town )and it was extremely clean inside. Communicating with the host was also easy. You have everything there you need even for small cooking.
Unfortunately, I will need to be transparent here that will lower the rating we have seen here. Although is a nice and clean place there is issues that is ruining your stay and more important then stylish decor. Firstly, entering the house hallway very disappointing as it seems it never gets brushed or cleaned as it is dirty . Then you have a very old spiral wooden stairs climb up to the 2nd floor ( also never been cleaned), which even without suitcase pretty unsafe as stairs are very old and unstable. With a suitcase I would say was extremely dangerous. Even without bags you need to be very careful to watch your step to avoid accident. Then you do have an AC in the flat, but is super loud like a machine so you can't use it during you are inside, especially not during the night. Biggest downside from all that windows are not soundproofed, so you hear everything from outside all night: people walking, screaming, loudly speaking, restaurant downstairs, cars, scooters, trash car early morning. Actually, we needed to use earplugs to get some sleep and sometimes it was even not enough. I feel bad ruining the reviews, but a 160EUR per night price is very high for what you get. Once they are fixing these issues I believe will be a lovely place to stay. But returning from a week of vacation tired and exhausted was not what we were expecting and aiming for. Again I feel bad, but hopefully this will help taking some action from owners.

Perfectly located. Spacious and impeccably clean. Great light. WiFi was strong. Very comfortable space. Modern bathroom. Super easy check in and out. Superb attention by the host who was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi and help with my luggage—I bought too much wine. The air conditioning was fine. In short, a perfect place to stay in the heart of Beaune. I definitely would return.
The circular stairway to the second floor would be challenging if you had a problem with mobility. But otherwise it’s fine.

Everything, right in the centre of old town, an easy walk to all the sites! The Apartment was beautiful and has everything you need plus more!!
