modern place , clean exept... the shower was full of former client's hair so that the bathroom got flooded almost at once; .Bed sheets are washed but not clean, you can see spots on them. ( because one can clean white bed sheets but spots on coloured one no..., that' s why regular Hotels have white bed sheets.
BOOKING LIES : the Tourist Tax is NOT included : 14 Euro per night per person in cash ( in France it's on the bill......not in cash.... ). Alone, did I pay for 2 people ?. Tcheck people had the same problem elsewhere; Room : not well phonic isolated from next rooms . Seen afterward , bed sheets and towels in addition to the price, ???!!!!!... sleeping center.
Federico Fazio does't live in this 7 rooms flat . It's a sleeping center as well as the one at number 91 of the street ) , very far (2 hours from airport Fuimicio, you can also use the regional train half price 20 min more. ) and very difficult to find as it is not indicated ( number 125, flat 13 is at the 3rd entrance behind CAF shop ). So I had to pay 70 euro for being late for the check-in in cash ( then its the same to take a real hotel where the bed sheets and towels are changed evey days and included ). No possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee, no plug special for telephones. To go there : Metro A till the end Anagnina, then 559 bus to 1st stop / Ruffo, then good luck... ( For Further locations like Tivoli the fee for train is only 3.50 euro .)
