Very interesting idea to organise such a lounge are in the city! Roof terrace, neat and nice, well isolated so you feel like in your private garden. It is quiet and equipped with everything for a relaxed evening with your dear ones or together with a small group of friends. The place welcomes travellers with cars as it offers private garage downstairs. The host is very welcoming and responsive to his guests’ needs. The location is also nice, really 5 minutes walk to the central park and 10 to a nice local church. Neighbours are also friendly but don’t take too many fruits from their gardens 🤭
The only problem is that currently the place has no real logo outside or anything to make it easy to find. But the place is relatively new, so I’m sure soon it will be installed

"Excellent location in the city centre, especially convenient for those visiting the EU Mission headquarters in Yeghegnadzor. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. A huge thank you to Nune and G..."
