New and modern design, felt safe.
Arrival experience - lady who checked us in wasn’t welcoming, we walked in she didn’t even greet us or lifted her eyes of the computer or acknowledged us, it looked as if we had disturbed her.
I had already done what they call an online check prior to arrival and provided all ID’s online and received a message that keys are waiting at the reception.
When we arrived she asked for IDs again so I didn’t understand the point of doing an online check in. It wasn’t “pick up your keys from reception experience” and looked there is no point in doing online check in anyway.
I didn’t like the fact that double bed is small, only 135 cm which isn’t comfortable for 2 adults especially when paying €130 a night. No kettle in the room to make tea. No ironing board, iron only available to borrow for 1 hour. Also no mention anywhere that swimming pool is closed from september 15th, this should be mentioned in confirmation email for guests staying after September 15th, especially for abroad guests who pack accordingly.
They state it’s 24 hours reception but when I came to check out at 7 am no one was there, I waited 10 min ringing the bell but no one came and I had to just leave. I don’t mind leaving deposit but the fact that they force you to leave card deposit and then no staff was available for check out that is strange to me.
