Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, welcoming staff. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with many choices and very fresh baked goods and fruit.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel offered good value for the price and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The shuttle to the airport was just great: clean, large car and worked punctual on time with its nice driver who was driving safely. Additionally, I have to tell that Erika who worked in the breakfast area is also a great staff. Thanks.
On the other hand, we believe that the room amenities need some review. Air conditioning was not working good. The room and bathroom are small and far from being user friendly. There is no trash bin in the room.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, including vegetarian and GF. Definitely worth including in your stay. The only downside is the pool. It's a shared community pool, so no chairs or umbrellas and it's surrounded by a fence and grass. Not at all like a typical hotel pool.
