There is often an unpleasant smell coming from the swimming pool, and because there is usually only one person at the reception desk, the waiting time can be quite long. However, the hotel staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. I hope these minor issues will be addressed, as they would make the overall experience even better.

.. believe that it is a convenient place where to stay, nothing fancy, nothing low-budget, more executive in kind.

Clean rooms, with comfortable sofa and desk, the restrauant at the hotel was great, had breakfast here.
Staff unavailable esp duing holiday season, one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close (#120), no staff to assist you with the luggage, far from the city, takes anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes by car to central Madrid.
