With some TLC and elbow grease it would be a nice home to stay in…

The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 7 and only 10 minutes from our event location. Also, close to downtown attractions.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but it seems to be turning over. The house overall needs a thorough cleaning and maybe an update to the livingroom furniture. Pots and pans need updated. The beds were comfortable and clean. One bathroom had a mild stained shower but the other was good. Didn’t use the hot tub but it was running and hot. The backyard was not as inviting as the photos make it out to be.

The beds were comfortable.

The 3rd floor was stuffy & humid, the window unit is too small for the area. There were no bath towels left for the room on the 3rd floor. The hall shower is very small.

Dirty!

There was no soap in any bathrooms, the sheets were so dirty we had to wash them in the creepy basement before we could go to bed. The showers smelled horrible and appeared to have some sort of mold growing. The hot tube wasn’t usable it was so overly chlorinated that when you opened the lid it made you feel sick and start coughing. There was only one bath towel for house with 5 beds. All basic necessities were lacking.
