Do not stay here

It was convenient to all the sightseeing areas. I also liked that I could charge my electric vehicle on the street not far from where the property was.

This apartment was on the third floor with no lift access. This is not stated in the advertisement. I was traveling with two elderly people. This made it very difficult for me having to drag all of our bags up five flights of stairs. Once we were in the apartment, I knew that there was stairs and that was fine. The biggest issue were the beds. This apartment said it slept 4 people. There were three of us. The two beds classified as single beds were 10cm off the floor. The wooden beds were so flimsy that they creaked and groaned all night. The mattresses were rock hard. We would have been better off sleeping on concrete. It was so uncomfortable we considered moving to a different hotel. Unfortunately, there were no other options available to us. I went to a shop to buy foam and used the three quilts to try in an attempt to soften the mattress. All of us woke up, feeling bruised and battered. Awful!!!! Trying to get out of such a low bed was also a treat, especially with an 89-year-old mother and me in my 60s. This apartment is not a place that I would ever visit again. The two tea bags - green tea, no sugar 2x sweeteners and the left over salt were the icing on the cake. Dreadful place.

Good location but could be improved - no pool as advertised!!!! Not out of order totally being reno

Good location, easy to collect keys although lock box is sticky and needs attention.

The Pool was not available due to renovations we were never told this and they would have known when we booked yet we were told there was a pool available. Two single beds in 2nd bedroom are very low to the ground and mattresses terrible, bed linen didn’t fit and they used big sheets for single beds which meant it all scrunched up when you slept and rolled over. Mattresses not comfortable on single beds. Carpet nice in bedrooms and heating and cooling was great. Used bandaid found under spare bed. Cleaning could have been better cleaned out cutlery drawer and dishes left in dishwasher. Could have been left with more dishwashing liquid and more tea towels only given one. There were a number of downlight globes out on the living area and we replaced these ourselves. The TV is far too small for the living area. Could do with some improvements and maintenance
