The host was really helpful and has great english skills.
The communication was excellent. He got pictures for us for everything wanted to check beforehand and maintained communcations while we stayed to inform us of local events.
The check in experience was great. We were introduced to everything we needed to know on spot. The place is really well furnished and has everything you would need in a regular household.
We got offered the option for a more secure parking space in a garage close by for an additional fee, but the door lock on it is kinda broken, so it's loses its purpose somewhat. It's still in a great location tho.

Toller Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sehr gut Englisch spricht. Sehr gut klimatisiert. Es gibt sogar einen befüllten Weinkühlschrank, auch mit alkoholfreien Getränken. Die Getränke muss man aber extra bezahlen, was absolut verständlich ist. Ein schöner Service. Super Lage. Der Zug stört überhaupt nicht, da er auch auf dem Balkon leise ist und man im Sommer sowieso mit Klimaanlage und Fenster zu schläft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und super sauber. Privatparkplatz ist auch direkt neben dem Haus.

Appartamento in posizione ottima comodo a spiaggia, stazione, negozi. Molto spazioso e ben arredato, cucina dotata di tutto, come essere a casa propria, bagno con doccia super, aria condizionata top, l’host molto cordiale e disponibile
L’ascensore dello stabile è davvero piccolo
