The place is very stunning and tranquil, with a very modern and elegant feel. The bed is enormous and extremely comfortable, and Carolina and I slept like babies. The hammock area is peaceful, and there is privacy from the adjacent park with the living fence. The shower and bathroom are jaw-dropping gorgeous, and it is the best hot shower I've had in a long time. The air conditioning is a nice luxury, especially at night, to avoid or minimize encounters with mosquitoes. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and I was able to attend all meetings and accomplish all my work and school objectives.
The location is very central and in very close proximity to the beach, which is incredible. It is such a long stretch of beach in either direction, and walking alongside it is very calming. There are two great almuerzo options within a minute's walk.
The hosts, Flor and Federico, are very kind, responsive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Also, they have an evening restaurant just around la esquina serving some of the best cheeseburgers I've had, and I'm looking forward to trying their other menu offerings.
New listing, so there were a few hiccups at the beginning, and communication could've been a little bit better. The hammock needs to be tightened a bit more on one side, as it tends to slide, leaving you either lying very low or smacking the ground. But nothing to take away points from all in all, with the whole experience being a 10.

Excelente ubicación, todo estaba muy limpio (habitación, baño, cama, sábanas). Los anfitriones son muy amables y están siempre disponibles. La cama es muy cómoda y tiene un pequeño balcón con una hamaca.
