The cabin was great and we really enjoyed our week there. We travel to the Smokys at least 3-4 times a year with friends, so we've rented our fair share of cabins. This was by far, the best located, cleanest and it had pretty much everything provided that a host could think of. We had an issue with the HVAC the first day and Rabia got her maintenance folks to come out and have the system working and the house cooled down before bedtime. Rabia was very responsive and easy to work with. Loved the kitchen, open layout, great parking and the theater room was awesome! We will definitely be back to rent this cabin!

This was a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described. The check-in process was seemless. The host Rabia was amazing. We were messaged a list of guides on everything you need to know about the place, which was wonderful. There was no guessing on how something worked. The pool is so secure so you won't have to worry about your little ones. The theater room was amazing. the property is so close to the Parkway but also somehow feels away from it. There is plenty of parking. Of course I can't forget that the hot tub was phenomenal. I would love to stay here again. My group loved it. All in all this was a great stay...clean, fun, bright, fully stocked kitchen and easily accessible for any type of vehicle.

The cabin is wonderful! The heated pool in the basement was a real hit for our little one. If you have young kids, they will love the 3 ft pool. The room is warmer too so you aren't freezing when you get out. The cabin has spacious shared spaces, and the upstairs bedrooms have some wiggle room as well. There are nice TVs all over the house, even by the pool.The theater room has a really huge TV and great soundbar. And the kitchen is spacious and perfect for an occasional meal.

We had a wonderful stay. The only complaint was the bottom shower had a crack in the tub.
