This is a privately managed residential apartment and is not operated by or affiliated with the building’s hotel or reception team. Building staff cannot assist with check-in, bookings or stay-related enquiries. Please contact your host directly if you require assistance.



PARKING



The apartment does not include a private car space. Street and public parking may be available nearby, subject to availability, time restrictions and local charges. Guests should check signage carefully.



POOL AND BEACH TOWELS



Bath towels are provided. Please bring separate towels for the swimming pools and beach.



STARTER SUPPLIES



A starter supply of toiletries and household essentials is provided for your arrival. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.



HOUSEKEEPING



Daily and mid-stay housekeeping are not included. The cleaning fee covers professional preparation before arrival and standard cleaning after departure. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge with advance notice.



BUILDING FACILITIES



Residential facilities may occasionally close for scheduled or unexpected maintenance. These areas are managed by the building, and advance notice may not always be available.



KEY TRACKER



The apartment keys include a tracker to help recover them if accidentally lost. It is used only to locate missing keys and is not monitored during your stay. Some smartphone users may receive a standard safety notification.



SECURITY CAMERAS



Security cameras operate in the building’s shared exterior and common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
