The home is located in a safe, quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in east Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Guests have access to the entire inside of the house and full backyard with the exception of one interior locked closet for owner supplies. The garage is not available to guests but parking is available in the driveway and directly in front of the house on the street. No more than 4 cars allowed.
