Welcome to your serene lakefront getaway, where stunning sunrises and sunsets greet you year-round. This south-facing, pet-friendly home offers incredible views, a private dock, and a swim ladder designed for both humans and pups. Relax by the firepit under a sky full of stars, or enjoy family time on the spacious patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining.
Inside, the home features a full kitchen with a wet bar, a Ping-Pong table for some friendly competition, and cozy living spaces perfect for making memories. Watch for bald eagles soaring overhead or fish for bass right off your dock.
Nearby Attractions:
Just 15 miles from Lake Anna State Park, you’ll find plenty of hiking, swimming, and pier fishing options. The charming town of Mineral is a short drive away and offers cider tastings at Coyote Hole Cidery, local wines at Lake Anna Winery, and craft brews at Cooling Pond Brewery.
Things to Note:
- Guests must bring their own chairs for the dock (no permanent seating).
- One dog (max 100 lbs) allowed with nightly fee.
- Free WiFi and parking for up to 5 vehicles.
- Septic system located on the front lawn—please do not drive or park there.
- Ping-Pong table and wet bar included.
- Guests must have a Virginia Boater Safety License to operate motorized watercraft.
- Virginia Fishing License required for fishing.
- A neighborhood boat launch is available at no charge (details in the guest binder).

This property is an absolute dream! It was sparkling clean and way bigger than I expected. The massive great room-which beautifully connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one open space-was the ultimate layout for a large group. It made it super easy for everyone to hang out, cook, and chat without ever feeling crowded.The bedrooms were huge, and every single bathroom was pristine. Outside, the grounds are beautifully kept, featuring a stunning upper deck that is perfect for sitting and overlooking the lake. The dock was also massive, providing more than enough room for our entire group to lounge comfortably by the water. I cannot recommend this place enough!
