I really loved the room we were upgraded to. The building had it's own private pool and the room was spacious and nice.
The resort did not have a gym

All the staff were fantastic Ahmed in the concierge, Mahmoud and the restaurant staff , the chef is the best, Yousef and Abdelrahmanon the beach side. The food was excellent, the beach and the water quality is great , the room is pretty spacious.
The mix of the guests between the renting families and time share and the hotel guests is the worst ever. You can’t swim with normal swim suit beside burkini !! The noise of the children in the swimming pools should be covered by an effective DJ and sound system. The beach guards need empowerment over the misbehaviour of some guests like someone fishing in the middle of the swimmers !! Animation team is good but need improvement.

The apartment is good for family stay and all devices were new and working fine

Breakfast at Arena restaurant is very limited
