The staff are very professional, attentive, well trained and customer oriented. Everyone from the reception, restaurant, staff, cleaning personnel is very helpful and extremely polite. I highly recommend Movenpick Al Gouna for high standards at very reasonable rates and peace of mind.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always smiling, available 24/7. I was allowed to check in early at 11 AM and had a late check-out at 6 PM, which was very convenient.
Any request or issue I had was immediately handled by the reception team — their responsiveness was truly impressive.
The bar and restaurant staff were always friendly and welcoming, and they never waited for tips to offer great service.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and furnished with modern furniture.
The lifeguards at the pool were always on their feet, constantly watching to ensure the safety of all guests — a detail I really appreciated.
The chefs at the restaurant were always smiling and attentive. They made sure that every food item was refilled immediately when it ran out, which made the dining experience smooth and pleasant.
The food tasted good; it could use a bit more variety, but overall it was enjoyable.
Special thanks to the animation team who worked tirelessly and with so much positive energy to keep the guests entertained all day long. They truly made the atmosphere fun and vibrant. A big shoutout to Ahmed Totti and Mido, who were especially energetic, engaging, and always brought a smile to everyone’s face. Their dedication and talent made each day more enjoyable — from morning activities to evening shows. They are truly the heart of the entertainment at the hotel!
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and a lively, enjoyable atmosphere!

Clean and comfortable room. Beach wind breaks were fantastic to preserve some warmth in the relentless windy weather. Water slide park was nice.
Cold and windy weather made it a poor sun destination. Outdoor lunch restaurant not open. It was impossible to get bedding to make up the couch bed; required five separate requests throughout an entire day and I finally had to go down to the front desk and get frustrated to get support. Pool staff kicked people out 5minutes before pool closing time each day. Ice cream at the pool was very poor quality. Food at the buffet was ok, but lacked flavour and variety. Water slide park across the busy street is odd and the water there was frigid. Drink quality (juices, for example) were very poor quality. No pool towel exchange readily available. Constantly pestered by spa and aquatics staff while sitting by the pool or beach, like every 5 minutes we would be bothered by them. Leave us alone! Pillows overstuffed and not comfortable. I would definitely not return to this hotel. And definitely not in February with the strong winds.
