A Wonderful Family Experience, We’ll Definitely Be Back!
We have been visiting Hurghada as a family for years, and we usually prefer returning to hotels we already know because we don’t like taking risks when it comes to quality. This time, we decided to try Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa for the first time, and we’re so glad we did!
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The resort is very clean, modern, beautifully maintained and clearly well invested in. The staff everywhere are incredibly friendly, smiling and always willing to help.
A very special thank you to Mr. Mina Attia, Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. He was extremely welcoming and surprised us with a fantastic upgrade to a spacious sea-view room with a jacuzzi. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful! The room was spotless and modern, with comfortable furniture, a large TV, great facilities and surprisingly fast Wi-Fi.
The food quality was very good overall, although a little more variety would make it even better. What really stood out was the restaurant staff. They were extremely attentive, happily accommodated our special requests and regularly checked that everything was okay. Food, snacks and drinks are also available at well-planned times throughout the day, which is great for families.
The animation team was another highlight. They are professional, energetic and offer activities throughout the day, with entertaining evening shows that actually felt different from the typical hotel shows we’ve seen before.
Most importantly for us, our 12-year-old son absolutely loved the experience. He made friends very easily, joined different activities, enjoyed the pools, beach and kids areas, and always had something to do. As parents, we also felt very comfortable with the level of safety. Guards and staff are always around, attentive and keeping an eye on the children without making the environment feel restrictive.

The hotel was very nice, room was clean, facilities were very good.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, many special thanks to Mina Attia and Seif (from Guests Services).

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the spotless and comfortable rooms to the exceptional level of service. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Mina for his extraordinary hospitality, kind heart, and endless support. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel right at home. His warm smile and professionalism truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Lot of things accessible in the hotel.
The food is really average. Some parts are not well maintained. The surrounding is not pleasant with the construction activities. Everything looks a bit artificial.
